SwiftFlow does not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service.

By providing a mobile number you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages about your reservation, including dispatch, arrival and delay notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; opting out of service messages may affect our ability to coordinate your pickup.

Marketing emails, when sent, always include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop reservation-related messages.

Reservation and trip records are retained as long as needed for service, accounting, insurance and legal purposes, typically a minimum of four years.
